1 Bedroom Studio

The word “studio” often means small and cramped. But not at Heritage Commons – our big, comfortable, 509-square-foot, light and airy studios give you lots of room. There’s a very spacious, open main living area that includes a fully-equipped, all-electric kitchen with appliances and lots of cupboard and drawer space. There’s a full-closet in the living room and another full closet in the separate bedroom. The large bathroom is equipped with a linen closet, vanity, medicine cabinet, and a tub/shower. And because all our studios are corner units, you enjoy views on two sides from the large 4’ x 8’ bedroom window and from two large windows in the living area

One Bedroom

Our one-bedroom apartments give you 627 square feet of living space – more than you’ll find in most other senior residential communities. The 12’ x 16’ living room gives you plenty of room for day-to-day living, as well as for entertaining visitors. The 12’ x 13’ bedroom is large enough for a queen-size bed, and there are full closets in the bedroom and hallway, plus a hallway coat closet. Both the living room and the bedroom have large, 4’ x 8’ windows. The bathroom includes a linen closet, vanity, and medicine cabinet. The all-electric kitchen offers a full-sized refrigerator and stove with oven, as well as ample storage.

One Bedroom Nook

Our limited-availability, 676-square-foot, one-bedroom nook units give you all the comfort, convenience, features, and amenities of our standard one-bedroom apartments. The additional 49-square-foot cozy nook area off the living room offers its own large window and is just the right size for a computer desk and bookcase or a television and armchair.

One Bedroom Apartments: $3175 – $3670

One Bedroom Corner

Lots of light and space and a very attractive open floor plan distinguish our inviting, spacious one-bedroom, corner units. The very large 8’ x 12’ kitchen is open to the living room, and is equipped with a stove and refrigerator, plus ample kitchen cabinet storage. You’ll enjoy the view from the big, bright 4’ x 8’ living room window and from an additional large window between the kitchen and living room. The 13’ x 12’ bedroom is big enough for a queen-sized bed and includes a large window and a full closet. There is another full closet as well as a coat closet in the hallway. The bathroom includes a linen closet, vanity, and medicine cabinet, plus a tub/shower.

Two Bedroom

Our two-bedroom units offer 900 square feet of airy, spacious, very comfortable living space. The efficient, galley-style, all-electric kitchen includes a full-sized stove and refrigerator, plenty of counter space and lots of storage. Each bedroom includes a full closet and there are three more full closets in the 5-foot-wide central hallway. The hallway also allows easy access for walkers or wheelchairs and there’s even space for a writing desk or breakfront. Both the living room and bedrooms have large windows to showcase views and allow in
plenty of natural light.
