Social and Recreational Activities
in Meriden, Wallingford, Glastonbury, Rocky Hill, and Middlesex County, CT

Heritage Commons offers a diverse, extensive, and very enjoyable social and recreational program. Many of our most popular activities were suggested by our residents, so if you have a favorite hobby or activity, please let us know. We’re always expanding and updating our program to best suit our residents’ interests and needs. At our retirement communities, we feature regular activities, seven days a week to ensure our residents have something fun they enjoy doing on a routine basis. In addition to our regular activities, we also provide outdoor events, such as museum trips, concerts, park lunches, and more.

There are many benefits to the activities we provide at our senior living community. We tailor our pursuits and projects to keep the mind sharp. Studies have suggested that mentally stimulating activities reduce signs of memory loss and cognitive decline. We also try to keep our community members active with light exercise and other physical activities.

For more information about the activities we provide at our senior living community, we welcome you to contact us today. We’re proud to serve seniors throughout Middletown, Meriden, Wallingford, Glastonbury, Rocky Hill, and Middlesex County, CT.
